MSFET 3332 pH-ISFET sensor module
pH sensing module with integrated sensor electronics and integrated solid state Ag/AgCl reference electrode packaged onto a miniature PCB. The integrated circuitry drives the sensor via a fixed constant current/constant voltage setting and provides the analogue and digital (SPI) output. The output signal is proportional to the pH value of the measured liquid sample.Characteristics
